History 

The Masin Group’s CTIS Corporation was founded more than 30 years ago in Colombia with the goal of transforming regions and communities. Since our inception, we have evolved alongside the needs of society, incorporating advanced technology and innovative approaches to address challenges. Over the years, we have led initiatives in logistics, technology, and communications, becoming a leader in shaping the future of communities.

Alex is an innovator: a strategic leader in advertising campaigns, digital marketing, and conceptual brand communication design. He is a consultant in corporate identity, team leadership, and customer experience. A talent manager for content creation on digital platforms, television production, and creative direction for ATL, OTL, and BTL diffusion purposes.

Gilberto García Buitrago, President of Grupo MASIN, leads with an innovative vision a benchmark company in logistics, communications, and technology across Latin America. With over 30 years of experience, he drives human talent and business collaboration to deliver high-impact solutions. His motto: “With innovation, we always make it possible.” Gilberto embodies the spirit of progress through his guiding principle: “With innovation, we always make it possible.”

Ada Carvajal, with over 20 years of experience in business growth, has contributed to both social and professional development in Colombia. Her academic background in systems engineering, combined with specializations in management with a focus on logistics and international trade, as well as commercial management, has enabled her active involvement in transformative processes and continuous learning aimed at organizational success.

Commercial Director

Valentín, with master's degrees from Harvard and Johns Hopkins, is a consultant in internationalization for startups and universities. He has led technology policy initiatives from Colombia’s Ministry of ICT and has been recognized with the TOYP award and the Order of Democracy. He is also the co-author and creator of the initiative “Levanta la Mano” (“Raise Your Hand”).
