He is a consultant in corporate identity, team leadership, and customer experience. A talent manager for content creation on digital platforms, television production, and creative direction for ATL, OTL, and BTL diffusion purposes.

Her academic background in systems engineering, combined with specializations in management with a focus on logistics and international trade, as well as commercial management, has enabled her active involvement in transformative processes and continuous learning aimed at organizational success.

Valentín, with master's degrees from Harvard and Johns Hopkins, is a consultant in internationalization for startups and universities. He has led technology policy initiatives from Colombia’s Ministry of ICT and has been recognized with the TOYP award and the Order of Democracy. He is also the co-author and creator of the initiative “Levanta la Mano” (“Raise Your Hand”).
