SELECTION, SCREENING AND CHARACTERIZATION OF THE AFFECTED POPULATION

Through the Wellbeing Program of IPS Salud Masin, we engage with the population affected by the August 10 catastrophe in Colombia's Pacific region to understand their actual needs, conditions, and priorities. We develop a human, social, and territorial assessment that enables us to design practical, effective solutions tailored to the territory.

METHODOLOGY

Our reconstruction program is based on a comprehensive understanding of the territory, supported by methodologies such as the PDNA, the Disaster Recovery Framework (DRF), and the Build Back Better approach. We identify damage, needs, and vulnerabilities to guide a recovery process that not only responds to the emergency but also helps build a safer, more sustainable, and resilient territory. Based on this assessment, we bring together communities, academia, the public sector, and the private sector to turn identified needs into viable projects and high-impact solutions.

Let's join forces

Public entities have the capacity to coordinate and turn the territory's needs into concrete actions. National, departmental, and municipal governments, emergency agencies, and control entities can guide resources efficiently.

Listen. Coordinate. Transform.

No territory transforms from a single perspective. Change happens when different capabilities find a common purpose and turn into action. This program is the space for each participant to find their place and contribute to the resurgence of the territories.
